KKOKO is an emerging rap artist with focus, ambition, and a growing sense of purpose. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and now based in the Dallas, Texas area, she is steadily building her name through music rooted in trap, Southern hip-hop, and authentic self-expression.
Her passion for music began early, inspired by car rides with her father where she would listen to rap music and recite lyrics word for word. Those moments helped shape her love for hip-hop and gave her a natural connection to rhythm, storytelling, and performance.
After moving to Dallas, KKOKO began taking her artistry seriously. She started writing her own lyrics, practicing over “type” beats, and developing a sound that reflects both confidence and growth. Her music carries an upbeat energy, but her purpose goes deeper than creating a vibe. KKOKO wants to make songs that feel real, motivate listeners, and inspire people to stay true to themselves.
With her single “Certified” and EP Certified, KKOKO has already introduced her voice and creative direction. She has also performed at Roc Nation Summer Academy in New York, appeared at showcases in Dallas and Oklahoma City, and co-hosted an episode with Pirscription of Private Hip Hop Podcast in Waco, Texas.
Still developing but fully committed, KKOKO is showing what it looks like to build from the ground up. She is focused on improving, expanding her reach, and creating music that connects. Step by step, she is making her name known and proving that her journey is only getting started.
