Artist and Producer Ace Drucci Prepares New EP Flex With Major Collaborations on the Horizon

Ace Drucci is preparing for another major chapter with the upcoming release of his new EP, Flex. The artist, producer, audio engineer, and industry executive is building momentum around the project, which is expected to feature high-profile collaborations with Cardi B, Rihanna, and The Weeknd, according to early project details.

The EP is also being positioned as part of Drucci’s continued work under the Virgin/UMG umbrella, further connecting his independent creative identity with major-label reach. Known for moving between the roles of artist, producer, engineer, and A&R, Drucci has built a reputation as someone who understands music from every angle. His career has often placed him at the intersection of underground talent, major industry names, and polished commercial production.

Originally emerging from the Washington, D.C. metro area, Drucci later expanded his presence in Atlanta, a city that has long served as one of hip-hop’s most important creative hubs. His sound reflects that movement. Rather than staying locked into one regional style, Drucci has developed a musical approach that blends retro influence, modern bounce, new-wave production, and radio-ready structure.

That versatility has helped him build a résumé connected to some of the biggest names in rap and R&B. Over the years, Drucci has been linked to work and collaborations involving artists such as Future, Gunna, Snoop Dogg, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Ne-Yo, Rick Ross, and Chris Brown. His 2024 EP Vengeance featured tracks with Future and Gunna, including “Wifey” and “U Didn’t Know,” and was released as a four-song project in October 2024.

Drucci’s chart history has also helped strengthen his position. Music analytics pages and prior coverage have highlighted the commercial success of records such as “Yummy Top” and “In Dat Coupe,” both of which helped introduce him to a wider audience. His Vengeance rollout also received coverage from hip-hop media, with HipHopSince1987 noting the project’s Future and Gunna features.

With Flex, Drucci appears ready to elevate the scale even further. The project’s title suggests confidence, status, and forward motion, but for Drucci, the word also fits his career path. His “flex” is not only about luxury or success. It is about range. He has shown the ability to create as an artist, shape records as a producer, engineer sound behind the boards, and connect talent through his executive work.

In addition to his own upcoming EP, Drucci is also reportedly working on new music as a producer for Megan Thee Stallion and Lil Uzi Vert. That continued behind-the-scenes work adds another layer to his story. While many artists focus only on their own releases, Drucci’s influence stretches across multiple lanes of the music business.

What makes Flex especially notable is the ambition surrounding it. Collaborations with names like Cardi B, Rihanna, and The Weeknd would place Drucci’s upcoming release in a much larger conversation, connecting hip-hop, pop, R&B, and global mainstream appeal. For an artist-producer who has long operated as both a creator and connector, the EP could become a defining moment.

As anticipation builds, Flex is shaping up to be more than a new project. It represents Ace Drucci’s continued evolution from regional talent to industry force, showing how far his combination of production skill, artist development, and major-label connections can take him.
